Which top plastic surgeons in America perform the BEST breast enhancement surgeries? Please provide sources.?
I've tried researching this but it's proven more tiresome and frustrating than fruitful. It's easy to successfully research the top plastic surgeons, but I'm looking to find the best of the best regarding breast enhancement in particular. I'm rather petite, love my frame but hardly have any chest to speak of. I don't like the fake, round, hard look a lot of unfortunate women wind up with. I want something soft and natural looking, and trans umbilical would DEFINITELY be preferred though from a surgeon who is well experienced with the procedure. If someone could provide me with a list of surgeons who are renowned for their expertise and results in this area it would be greatly appreciated surgeons must be located in America ps.. please skip the " if you feel the need to physically alter your body you need a therapist, not a surgeon" comments, this is a question and answer forum so let's cut right to the chase, shall we?
Why are plastic surgeons so harsh?
I'm 20 years old and have had what I would consider ugly breasts since puberty. They have a 4 inch gap between them and my aerolas nipples have a diameter of 80 mm. On other words my breast have a gap, they sag slightly, and my nipples are way too large. The only thing I wanted to fix was the gap, but the surgeons gave me an earful when I went to have my consultations.I've went for several consultations and they've all given me different solutions...one said I needed a breast lift, a nipple reduction, fat grafting, AND implants. Another said that there was nothing he could do to fix my breasts because they were " malformed" . The last surgeon I went to said I would be better off getting a full breast lift with implants.One even said " Are you kidding me? This type of malformity will not be fixed with implants alone, you need this and this and this to make them aesthetically pleasing." I feel so ugly right now because I can't afford to have 4 procedures done which would cost me over $10,000.Why are they so harsh?
Can plastic surgeons make you look completely different?
I was just curious as to if you can completely change how your face looks, like if you brought in a picture of a celebrity's face to a plastic surgeon, would they be able to make you look like that?

" The American Society of Plastic Surgeons" and " The American Board of Plastic Surgery" ? I hear that you should have a board certified surgeon do your operation but I looked up the surgeon I was looking into and his names isn't on the website list for " The American Society of Plastic Surgeons" . However on his personal website he said he was double board certified. His name is how ever on the website for " The American Board of Plastic Surgery" . Im confused and a little scared now because I know that there are a bunch of surgeons who walk around doing plastic surgery procedures but aren't board certified.His name is Dr. George Moynihan. Can a Plastic Surgeon Recreate Your Childhood Nose?
I'm 21 now, and want to get rhinoplasty to change my current nose shape back to the childhood shape of it. I had the perfect nose as a child, it was small and straight and button like. Somehow, during adolescence it changed pretty drastically, it's larger, the tip's bulbous, and I have a slight hump on the bridge.I'm planning on getting it changed back a few years down the road when I have my own career and can pay for it. Is a plastic surgeon able to recreate your childhood, or is that impossible? I don't want to get my hopes up, but if they can't, I'd take any improvement I can get. Are plastic surgeons able to turn larger noses into small ones?
