Question about ear surgery?
Hey, I'm 15 and the tops of my ears stick out. Apparently, my Dad's used do to, but my Grandparents got them sorted when he was about 3. My older sister's don't, but my younger brother and sister's ears stick out too. My mum just laughs it off and says I look fine, but they're annoying and I have to mess my hair up around my ears when I tie my hair back, just to hide them. How much would it cost to correct them and what is the proceedure?Thankyou

I just wanted to know what people thought about the idea of ear surgery. I personally i am for it no matter what the case. I compare ear surgery to braces. Some people have crooked teeth, and some people have ears that stick out too far. Why is it socially acceptable to get braces, but almost taboo to get gasp corrective surgery on your ears. I have been considering getting the surgery because of an underdevoloped anithelix and an enlarged conchal bowl. Just wanted to know how peoples perceptions on this were.Thanks
